Elegant Rococo Belle Costume

Belle’s yellow ball gown is about as beautiful as it gets in the world of Disney princess attire, but cosplayer Casey Renee figured out how to make the dress even more elaborate. She went rococo with it and designed and crafted the gown and wig from the ground up. It involved sewing, applying beads by hand, making a corset, and even crafting figures of Lumiere and Cogsworth (the latter went in the hair). She told Fashionably Geek:

It took over 300 hours to make the 9 garments (including socks and shoes) complete with over 2000 beads and pearls. The entire garment weighs 22 pounds with 30 yards of fabric and a wig that Cogsworth (which I also constructed) sits upon.
